The Department of Educational Psychology and Foundations at the University of Northern Iowa invites applications for two tenure-track positions, one at the assistant professor rank and one at the assistant/associate professor rank, to begin Fall 2014. The area of desired specialization is social foundations of education, but candidates with related scholarly interests in teacher education, philosophy of education, sociology of education, or history of education are encouraged to apply. Teaching responsibilities include but are not limited to undergraduate courses in social foundations such as the one taken by all pre-service teachers, and graduate level courses related to field of expertise.
